While we strive for accuracy, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Sizes follow our specific sizing charts – please review carefully before ordering.

All items are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we’ll notify you and either cancel the order or discuss alternatives.

3. Orders and Payments

3.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse orders at our discretion. Order confirmation emails do not constitute acceptance – acceptance occurs when we ship.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to adjust prices but will honor the price at time of order confirmation.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Options

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian and remote regions):

• Standard Shipping (AUD $12.95): Via DHL/FedEx, 10-15 business days after dispatch
• Free Shipping: For orders over AUD $50 via EMS, 15-25 business days after dispatch

4.2 Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only – we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

4.3 International Customers

You are responsible for:

• Any customs fees, taxes, or import duties
• Providing accurate delivery information
• Checking your country’s import regulations before ordering

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! You may return most items within 15 days of delivery if:

• Items are unworn, unwashed with original tags attached
• You provide proof of purchase
• You follow our return process (see below)

Exceptions: Swimwear (including Men Plus Size Swim One-Pieces and Swimwear) are final sale for hygiene reasons unless faulty.

5.2 Return Process

2. Include order number, item details, and return reason
3. Wait for return authorization (within 2 business days)
4. Ship items to provided address using trackable service

5.3 Refunds

• Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
• Issued to original payment method
• Original shipping costs non-refundable (unless our error)

5.4 Exchanges

For size exchanges:

• We ship replacement after receiving your return
• Price differences will be adjusted
• Standard shipping rates apply
